2. Delivery Time Frames

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on the chosen shipping method and destination. These time frames are estimates only and DO NOT guarantee a specific delivery date unless the customer has chosen a particular delivery option at checkout.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use third-party carriers to deliver your order. Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery process is in the hands of the shipping carrier, and we have no control over delivery times.

4. Late Deliveries

Prestige Medical Wholesale accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for the late arrival of orders. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and we are not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by such delays.

5. Tracking

Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped. You are responsible for tracking your order and contacting the carrier for delivery issues.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery attempts fail due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, an absence at the delivery address, or failure to collect the order from a local post office or carrier facility, the customer will be responsible for additional re-delivery charges.

6. Returns and Refunds

At Prestige Medical Wholesale, we are committed to providing high-quality medical supplies. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds for eligible products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of medical products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

We only accept returns on medical supplies that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons if the product is faulty.

2. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. After this period, returns are no longer accepted.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be in unused condition, with all original packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject returns if the product has been used or the packaging has been tampered with.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. Please note that any shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (faulty or incorrect item).

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances, including:

• Opened or used medical supplies

• Custom or special-order items

• Perishable goods (such as liquids or sterile items with broken seals)

8. Exchanges

We DO NOT offer exchanges. If you require a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with detailed photos of the damage. Depending on availability, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
